Institutional Site License Pricing for the Nature titles (and Science) 2001

2002 version available![new]Full information about Site licensing conditions for journals within the Nature Publishing Group (NPG) is available on the Nature web site. Unfortunately, pricing information is not given and may be difficult to obtain from the Publisher. In the interest of more transparency, we aggregate here pricing information for Academic Libraries obtained in part from the publisher and in part from colleagues and various library and consortium websites around the world. Please note that this is inofficial information not endorsed or authorized by the NPG. For an official quote, contact the library relations manager for your region. Figures given are for the Americas ($) and all other regions (£), print prices quoted are list prices for the Americas and Europe, resp. Use with caution. If you have additional, conflicting, more accurate, or more up-to-date information please contact me. Nature's pricing policy has changed recently (May 1, 2001, with downward revision for the monthlies and reviews in June 2001. Note that compared to the first new pricing proposal from Nature made public on their server at the end of April, prices for single title purchases to Monthlies & Reviews more than halfed, and prices for the complete suite of 7+3 titles decreased by 30% or more.). For comparison, we still maintain a page with the former prices that were valid until spring 2001. --The site license pricing of Nature Reviews Drug Discovery (starting 1/2002) was introduced Nov 8, 2001. --N.B.: Print Subscription rates for 2002 will increase considerably!
