Lectures and guided tours through the new museum

Symposium on the occasion of the inauguration of the new museum rooms of the Computermuseum Stuttgart

The topics of the lectures ranged from the reverse engineering of forgotten computers, computer science education in the 1970s, the stochastic texts of Theo Lutz, the development of high-performance computers and the restoration of Konrad Zuse's Z1. In the afternoon, there were guided tours of the computer museum for the more than 120 participants. Of course, all the machines were in operation.

The team at the Computer Museum was delighted that new projects were discussed intensively and many contacts were made - an important goal of the symposium.
