After an extensive test phase, the Katalog plus is available in the live version as of July 3.
It is now the primary research tool for searching the library holdings of the University of Stuttgart and is now also accessed by default via the quick search on the homepage of the University Library.
The Katalog plus offers a convenient entry into literature search. With just one search query, you can simultaneously search for items in the holdings of the University Library and the decentralized libraries, as well as for articles from selected journals and subject databases. Freely available scientific documents on the web are also taken into account.
Members of the University can access the full text of licensed electronic items, provided they are on campus or have established a connection from an external workstation via VPN tunnel.
